Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders Only)

Exchange is applicable only for domestic orders.

You may request an exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The size needs to be changed

If the requested size is out of stock:

  • You may choose another product, or

  • A coupon code valid for 6 months will be issued


Exchange Process

  • Email us at info@ellor.in within 7 days of delivery

  • Our team will respond within 2–3 working days

  • Pickup will be scheduled within 48–72 hours

  • Product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With price tag and invoice

 Courier charges for exchanges are borne by ELLOR.


Return & Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are valid for both domestic and international orders if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • Wrong size or style is delivered (international orders)


Return Procedure

  • Inform us at info@ellor.in within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days

  • Product must be unused with original packaging, tags, and invoice


Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection

  • Online payments: 10–12 working days

  • COD refunds require bank details via registered email

  • Refunds are subject to bank processing timelines


Sale Period Policy

  • No exchange or return on discounted products

  • Orders cannot be cancelled during sale

  • International duties and taxes during sale are borne by the customer
