Exchange is applicable only for domestic orders.
You may request an exchange if:
The product received is damaged
The size needs to be changed
If the requested size is out of stock:
You may choose another product, or
A coupon code valid for 6 months will be issued

Our team will respond within 2–3 working days
Pickup will be scheduled within 48–72 hours
Product must be:
Unused
In original packaging
With price tag and invoice
Courier charges for exchanges are borne by ELLOR.
Returns and refunds are valid for both domestic and international orders if:
The product is damaged or defective
Wrong size or style is delivered (international orders)
Inform us at info@ellor.in within 7 days of receiving the product
Pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days
Product must be unused with original packaging, tags, and invoice
Refunds are processed after product inspection
Online payments: 10–12 working days
COD refunds require bank details via registered email
Refunds are subject to bank processing timelines
No exchange or return on discounted products
Orders cannot be cancelled during sale
International duties and taxes during sale are borne by the customer
