Eligibility for Return / Refund
Your order will be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

If you receive a damaged or defective product.

For international orders only, if you receive a wrong style or size than what was originally ordered.
Return & Refund Process

If your order meets the eligibility criteria, please email us at info@ellor.in within 7 days of receiving your parcel, along with clear images/videos of the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup within 2–3 working days (where serviceable).

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with:

Original packaging
-
Price tags intact
-
Original invoice

Courier charges for eligible returns will be borne by ELLOR.

All returned products are subject to quality inspection by our team before processing the refund.
Refund Timeline

For online prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10–12 working days after inspection approval, subject to the issuing bank’s policies.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be required to share bank account details via their registered email ID for refund processing.
Important Notes

Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags/packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.

Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution is not considered a defect.

Customized or discounted items (if applicable) may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
